Abstract
This work, which is included in the catalogs of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Library; It was translated from French into Ottoman Turkish in 1911. It has the feature of a booklet that evaluates the situation in Germany in general terms before the First World War. The first part of the booklet contains the translator's addresses, warnings and recommendations to the Ottoman intellectuals and the Islamic Ummah. The success achieved by Prussia in the Battle of Sedan and the difficulties experienced by the Germans constitute the next part of the booklet, and how the love of homeland was instilled in the Germans and how the difficulties could be overcome in this way is discussed in detail. The booklet also touched upon the situation and activities of the societies in Germany, and German patriotism was interpreted and evaluated within the framework of the period in question. In the Hatme section, the Ottoman Empire and Germany are compared and the size of the state and its effectiveness in the Islamic world are mentioned. In addition, warnings were given to the intellectuals of the Ottoman Empire to work harder. This booklet, dated 1911, written in Ottoman Turkish, was translated into Turkish using the Latin alphabet. In addition to this translation, the meanings of words whose use has decreased today and whose equivalents may have been forgotten have been added at the bottom of the pages in the form of footnotes.

Abstract
TBMM Kütüphanesi kataloglarında yer alan bu eser; 1911 yılında Fransızca’dan-Osmanlı Türkçesi’ne tercüme edilmiştir. Birinci Dünya Savaşı öncesinde Almanya’nın durumunu genel manada değerlendiren bir kitapçık özelliğine sahiptir. Kitapçığın ilk kısmında mütercimin Osmanlı aydınlarına ve İslam ümmetine yönelik seslenişleri, uyarıları ve tavsiyeleri yer almaktadır. Sedan Muharebesi'nde Prusya'nın elde ettiği başarı ve Almanların yaşadığı zorluklar kitapçığın sonraki bölümünü oluştururken devamında Almanlara vatan sevgisinin nasıl aşılandığı ve bu sayede zorlukların üstesinden gelinebileceği detaylıca ele alınmıştır. Kitapçıkta aynı zamanda Almanya’daki cemiyetlerin durumlarına ve faaliyetlerine de değinilmiş, Alman vatanperverliği söz konusu dönem çerçevesinde yorumlanıp değerlendirilmiştir. Hatme kısmında ise Osmanlı Devleti ile Almanya kıyaslanıp devletin büyüklüğünden ve İslam alemindeki etkinliğinden söz edilmiştir. Ayrıca Osmanlı Devleti’nin aydın kesimine daha çok çalışması için uyarılarda bulunulmuştur. Yazı dili Osmanlı Türkçesi olan 1911 tarihli bu kitapçık, Latin alfabesiyle Türkçe'ye çevrilmiştir. Ayrıca bu çeviriye ek olarak günümüzde kullanımları azalan ve karşılıkları unutulmuş olması muhtemel kelimelerin anlamları, dipnot şeklinde sayfaların alt kısmına eklenmiştir.
