Abstract

In this context, the aim of this study is to evaluate the most cited articles about job crafting by using content analysis method. For this purpose, using the EndNote program, the most cited 50 articles about job crafting were found in the web of science core collection database and analyzed in terms of content. In the findings, it was determined that the "Journal of Vocational Behavior" was the most widely published journal, and the most studied variable together with job crafting was work engagement. Also, the findings reflect that the majority of the studies were conducted in the Netherlands, the most preferred article type was the quantitative method article and the most preferred data collection tool was the survey technique. The sample size between 1-251 was preferred in the majority of the studies and the service sector was the most preferred as sector in the studies. Finally, the scale developed by Tims et al. in 2012 was mostly preffered to measure job crafting in the studies.
