Abstract
Bu makale Rus düşünür Lev Shestov ve onun şaheseri olan Atina ve Kudüs ile ilgilidir. Ölümünden aylar önce bitirmiş olduğu bu kitabında Shestov, Atina ve Kudüs karşıtlığını, akıl ve iman arasındaki karşıtlık açısından geliştirmektedir. Shestov, daha önce söz konusu iki şehri hiç karşılaştırmadığı için, bu makale aynı zamanda Shestov’un erken dönem çalışmalarında hayati öneme sahip bu kutuplaşmanın kökenini, anlamını ve evrimini de inceleyecektir.
