RESTORATIONS OF YOUNG PERMANENT TEETH

Abstract

Dental caries is an infectious disease affecting all humanity. Diabetes and hypertension. From the past to the present, this progressive disease is progressing faster in young permanent teeth. The treatments are applied to the young permanent teeth, the choice of materials to be used, the correct application methods are known, the preservation of tooth integrity, the prevention of secondary caries formation, is necessary to maintain the viability of the dentin pulp complex. The viability of the dentin pulp complex plays an important role in maintaining functional dentition. In this review, inlays are also considered besides the restorative materials (amalgam, composite, glass ionomer cement, compomer) which are frequently used in young permanent teeth.

GENÇ SÜREKLİ DİŞLERİN RESTORASYONLARI

Abstract

Diş
çürüğü tüm insanlığı etkileyen infeksiyöz bir hastalıktır. Görülme sıklığının
kalp, diyabet, hipertansiyon gibi sistemik hastalıklardan daha fazla olduğu
düşünülmektedir. Geçmişten günümüze, gittikçe artan bu hastalık genç daimi
dişlerde daha hızlı ilerlemektedir. Genç daimi dişlere uygulanacak tedaviler,
kullanılacak materyal seçimi, doğru uygulama yöntemlerinin bilinmesi, diş
bütünlüğünün korunması, sekonder çürük oluşumunun engellenmesi, dentin pulpa
kompleksinin canlılığını korumak için gereklidir. Dentin pulpa kompleksinin
canlılığı fonksiyonel dentisyonun sürdürülmesinde önemli rol oynar.
Bu
derlemede genç daimi dişlerde sıklıkla kullanılan restoratif materyaller (
amalgam, kompozit, cam iyonomer siman, kompomer
gibi)

dışında inleyler de ele alınmıştır.
