İşgücü Piyasası Açısından Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk
Cumhuriyeti'nde işgücü piyasası dinamiklerini tartışmayı amaçlamaktadır.
İşsizlik, Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti için en önemli sosyo-ekonomik
sorunlardan biridir. Diğer önemli sorunlar özellikle genç işsizliği, iş
gücündeki cinsiyet farklılığı, göçmen işçiler ve ekonominin iş yaratma
potansiyeli ile ilgilidir. İşsizlik sorununun çözülebilmesi için hem kamu
sektörü hem de özel sektör yeni iş potansiyelleri yaratmak için örgütlenmeli ve
aktif işgücü politikaları uygulanmalıdır.

Analysis of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in terms of Labor Market

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the labor
market dynamics in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Unemployment is one of
the most important socio-economic problems for Turkish Republic of Northern
Cyprus. Other important problems are specifically related with youth
unemployment, gender difference in the work force, migrant workers and job
creation potential of the economy.  In
order to solve unemployment problem, both public sector and private sector
should be organize themselves to create new job potentials, and active labor
force policies must be implemented.
