MALPRAKTİS KORKU ÖLÇEĞİNİN TÜRKÇE GEÇERLİLİK VE GÜVENİLİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract

Bu metodolojik çalışmanın amacı hekimlerin malpraktis korkularını ölçmek amacı ile Katz vd. (2005) tarafından geliştirilen Malpraktis Korku Ölçeğinin Türkçeye adaptasyonunu yapmaktır. Bu çalışma Gülhane Eğitim ve Araştırma hastanesinde görev yapan 248 hekimi kapsamaktadır. Orijinal Malpraktis Korku Ölçeğinin Türkçeye tercümesinde geri çeviri yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerlilik analizlerinde yüzeysel geçerlilik ve yapı geçerliliği; güvenilirlik analizinde ise iç tutarlılık güvenilirliği ile bileşik güvenilirlik katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Bu amaçla SPSS 23 ve AMOS 24 istatistik yazılımlarından faydalanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda Türkçeye çevrilen Malpraktis Korku Ölçeği maddelerinin orijinalinde olduğu gibi yapısal olarak tek boyutta toplandığı ve iç tutarlılığının olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu bulgulara göre Türkçe Malpraktis Korku Ölçeğinin hekimlerin mesleklerini icra ederken hissettikleri malpraktis korkusunun ölçümünde kullanılabileceği değerlendirilmektedir.
