Bireyselleştirilmiş hemşirelik bakımının gerçekleşebilmesi için hemşireliğin
sanatsal ve bilimsel yönlerini uygulamada birleştirmemizi hemşirelik süreci
sağlamaktadır. Hemşirelik süreci; birey merkezli olup, karar verme odaklıdır.
Sistemli bir şekilde; bireyin, ailenin ve toplumun ihtiyacı olan bakım
ihtiyaçlarının saptanmasını sağlar. Hemşirelik bakımının uygulamasında ele
alınan sorunlara yönelik uygulanan girişimleri, bu girişimlerin sonuçlara katkısını
ve sınıflandırılmasını hemşirelik sınıflandırma sistemleri sağlar. Sınıflandırma
sistemleri hemşirelik sürecinin her aşamasında hemşirelerin ortak bir dil
kullanmasını gerekli kılar.
Uluslararası platformda geliştirilmiş ve American Nurses Association (ANA)
tarafından onaylanmış birçok hemşirelik sınıflama sistemi bulunmaktadır.
Bu makale, örnek bir olgu üzerinden hemşirelik bakım planında hemşirelik
sınıflama sistemlerinin kullanımını göstermeyi amaçlamaktadır.
The nursing process enables us to combine the artistic and scientific aspects of
nursing in practice so that individualized nursing care can take place. Nursing

It provides determination of the care needs of the individual, family and society.
Nursing classification systems provide the interventions applied to the problems
addressed in the application of nursing care and the contribution and classification
of these interventions to the results. Classification systems require nurses to use a
common language at every stage of the nursing process.
There are many nursing classification systems developed on the international
platform and approved by the American Nurses Association (ANA). This article,
aims to demonstrate the use of nursing classification systems in the nursing care
plan through an example case.
