Yalın Girişimlerde Yeni Ürün Geliştirme Süreci: Akıllı Ev Güvenlik Sistemleri Üzerine Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, bir yönetim tarzı olan yalın girişimcilik yaklaşımıyla, literatürde yer alan müşteri odaklı ürün geliştirme süreçleri mercek altına alınmıştır. Günümüzde kullanılabilecek en uygun yöntem; müşteri ve ürün doğrulama süreçlerinin birbirlerini takip etmesi ve girişimsel pazarlama stratejilerinin eşzamanlı olarak yalın ürün geliştirme felsefesiyle birlikte uygulanmasıdır. Literatüre dayalı olarak uygulama projesi geliştirilmiş ve müşteri isteklerine uygun olarak belirlenen girişim stratejileri nitel bir araştırmayla desteklenmiştir. Müstakil konut sakinleriyle yapılan derinlemesine görüşmeler sonucunda mevcut güvenlik çözümlerinin güvende hissetme ihtiyaçlarını tatmin etmediği ve kullanıcıların akıllı güvenlik çözümlerine yönelik satın alma eğiliminin pozitif olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
