Abstract
Spinoza Etika adlı eserinde Tanrı’nın tekliğine dair iki ve varlığına dair dört argüman ortaya koyar. Onun bu argümanları, kendi başına var olan veya kendi başına düşünülebilen bir varlık olarak töz tanımına dayanır. Tanrı’nın varlığı ile ilgili argümanlardan üçüncüsü kozmolojik karakterde iken geri kalanları ise ontolojik bir karakter gösterir. Bununla birlikte argümanlara karşı çeşitli yorumcular tarafından bir kavramın gerçeklikte kendisine nesne gerektirmediği ve dahası “Her şeyin bir nedeni vardır.” anlamına gelen ve doğruluğu şüpheli olan yeter sebep ilkesi üzerine kurulu olduğu itirazları yöneltilmiştir. Hâlbuki bu argümanlar zihnimizdeki Tanrı fikrinden Tanrı’nın varlığını çıkarsamaz aksine kendi kendisinin nedeni olan bir tözün yokluğunu düşünmenin yanlışlığını göstermeye odaklanır. Ayrıca bu argümanların kendi kendisinin nedeni olan bir tözün varlığını çıkarsaması, “Her şeyin bir nedeni vardır.” anlamında yeter sebep ilkesine dayanmadığı anlamına gelir. Makale, Spinoza’nın argümanlarını kendilerine yönelen itirazlarıyla birlikte incelemekte ve bu itirazlara cevap taşıyacak bir güce sahip olduğunu savunmaktadır.

Abstract
In his Ethics, Spinoza puts forward two arguments for the oneness of God and four arguments for his existence. These arguments of his are based on the definition of substance as a selfexisting or self-conceivable entity. While the third of the arguments about the existence of God has a cosmological character, the rest show an ontological character. However, against the arguments, objections have been made by various commentators that a concept does not require an object in reality and that it is based on the principle of sufficient reason, which means "Everything has a reason." and whose accuracy is doubtful. Whereas these arguments do not deduce the existence of God from the idea of God in our minds, on the contrary, they focus on showing the error of thinking that there is no self-caused substance. In addition, the fact that these arguments infer the existence of a self-caused substance means that they are not based on the principle of sufficient reason in the sense that "everything has a cause". The article analyzes Spinoza's arguments with his objections and argues that he has the power to answer these objections.
