Özümseme Kapasitesi Ölçeğinin Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Özümseme kapasitesi eğitim örgütlerinde yeni bilgilerin değerini tanımaya, anlamaya ve örgütsel amaçlara uygulamaya yönelik önemli bir özelliktir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul yöneticilerinin özümseme kapasitesi düzeylerini belirlemeye yönelik özümseme kapasitesi ölçeği geliştirilmesidir. Ölçeğin geçerliği için açımlayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizinden (DFA), güvenirliği için Cronbach’s Alpha katsayısından yararlanılmıştır. Ölçeğin açımlayıcı faktör analizi, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve nihai uygulaması için veriler üç farklı çalışma grubundan sağlanmıştır. Analizler sonucunda 19 maddeden ve edinim, benimseme, dönüştürme ve faydalanma şeklinde dört boyuttan oluşan Özümseme Kapasitesi Ölçeği geliştirilmiştir. Okul yöneticilerinin özümseme kapasitesi düzeylerine ilişkin elde edilen verilerle araştırmanın betimsel analizi yapılmış ve okul yöneticilerinin görüşlerinin benimseme, dönüştürme ve faydalanma boyutları için 'kesinlikle katılıyorum' düzeyinde olduğu görülmüştür. Okul yöneticilerinin edinim boyutuna ilişkin görüşlerinin ve özümseme kapasitesi düzeylerinin “katılıyorum” düzeyinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
