Dönüşümcü Liderliğin, Örgütsel İnovasyon Üzerindeki Etkisinde Örgütsel Öğrenmenin Aracı Rolü

Abstract

Rekabetçi çevre koşulları, işletmeleri, rakiplerine üstünlük sağlayabilmeleri açısından daha esnek ve alternatif stratejileri belirleyebilecek yapıya sahip olmaya zorlamaktadır. Liderlik; yoğun rekabet koşullarında işletmeleri geleceğe taşıyacak vizyonu inşa etmeye yardımcı olan stratejik düşünmede ve bunun organizasyon içerisinde bir kültür olarak yerleşmesinde önemli rol üstlenmektedir. Liderliğin, yenilikçilik ve öğrenme üzerinde etkilerini analiz etmek amacıyla, bu çalışmada modern liderlik yaklaşımlarından dönüşümcü liderliğin, örgütsel inovasyon üzerindeki etkisinde örgütsel öğrenmenin aracı rolü incelenmiştir. Bulgular dönüşümcü liderlik ile örgütsel öğrenmenin, örgütsel inovasyon üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkisi olduğunu ve örgüt-sel öğrenmenin dönüşümcü liderlik ile örgütsel inovasyon arasında kısmı aracılık rolü üstlendiğini göstermektedir.

The Mediating Role of Organizational Learning in The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Innovation

Abstract

Competitive environmental conditions force businesses to have a structure that can determine more flexible and alternative strategies to gain an advantage over their competitors. Leadership: It plays an important role in strategic thinking that helps to build the vision that will carry businesses to the future in conditions of intense competition and its establishment as a culture within the organization. To analyze the effects of leadership on innovation and learning, this study examines the mediating role of organizational learning in the effect of transformational leadership on organizational innovation, one of the modern leadership approaches. The findings show that transformational leadership and organizational learning have a positive and significant effect on organizational innovation, and organizational learning plays a partial mediating role between transformational leadership and organizational innovation.
