YEŞİL TEDARİK ZİNCİRİ YÖNETİMİ UYGULAMALARININ PERFORMANS ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNİN YAPISAL EŞİTLİK MODELİ İLE ANALİZİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetimi uygulamalarının performans üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla 191 firmadan anket ile elde edilen veriler yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Modelde yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetimi uygulamalarından iç çevre yönetimi, yeşil satın alma, müşterilerle işbirliği ve eko tasarımın çevresel ve ekonomik performans üzerindeki etkisi analiz edilmiştir. Analiz neticesinde iç çevre yönetiminin çevresel performansı pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca eko tasarımın çevresel ve ekonomik performansı pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.
