ASTIMDA ANALJEZİK (NSAİİ) KULLANIMI

Abstract

Astım; T lenfositler, eozinofiller ve mast hücreleri başta olmak üzere birçok hücre ve hücresel elementlerin rol oynadığı havayollarının kronik inflamatuvar bir hastalığıdır. Tedavisinde başlıca kortikosteroidler, beta agonistler, antikolinerjikler, kromonlar (mast hücresi stabilizatörleri), lökotrien antagonistleri ve teofilin kullanılmaktadır. Ancak bu ilaçlar başka endikasyonlar (ağrı, enfeksiyon gibi) sırasında kullanılan ilaçlarla etkileşerek astımı provake edebilir. Bu etkileşimler bazı ilaçlarda farmakokinetik düzeyde bazı ilaçlarda ise farmakodinamik düzeylerde olmaktadır. Bu derlemede nonsteroid antiinflamatuar ilaçlar ile astımlı hastalarda kullanılan ilaçlar arasındaki etkileşimden bahsedilecektir.
