AMERİKA BİRLEŞİK DEVLETLERİ’NDE DEVLETİN YENİDEN YAPILANDIRILMASINA YÖNELİK UYGULAMALAR (Clinton-Al Gore Girişimi: 1993-2001)
Abstract
ABD’nde devletin yeniden yapılandırılması çalışmaları William Clinton’un başkanlığı döneminde Başkan Yardımcılığı görevini yürüten Al Gore öncülüğünde yürütülmüştür. ABD’nde bu amaçla National Performance Review adlı bir de yeniden yapılandırma laboratuvarı kurulmuştur. Bu kurum daha sonra National Partnership for Reinventing Government adını almıştır. Bu çalışmada 1993-2001 yılları arasında ABD’nde devletin yeniden yapılandırılmasına yönelik uygulamalar incelenmektedir.
