Günümüzde yaşanan dijital devrim, müzeleri hem doğrudan hem de dolaylı olarak birçok yönden etkilemektedir. Bu etkilerden biri, müzeleri ziyaret eden bireyler tarafından internet ortamında yapılan yorumlardır. Bu doğrultuda, bu çalışmanın amacı TripAdvisor web sitesinde yer alan gastronomi müzelerine yönelik yorumların incelenmesidir. Elde edilen yorumlar nitel analiz yöntemiyle Nvivo 11 programında analiz edilmiştir. Yorumlar, 6 ana tema ve 46 adet kod altında toplanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, en fazla yorum Estetik teması altında iken en az sayıda yorum Çalışanlar teması altında yer almaktadır. Ziyaretçiler açısından gastronomi müzelerinin fiziksel yapısını simgeleyen Estetik teması oldukça önemli olup bunu, Kaçış Deneyimi, Eğitim, Olumsuz Yorumlar, Tarihsel Hatırlatıcılar ve Çalışanlar temaları takip etmektedir.
Today's digital revolution affects museums both directly and indirectly in many ways. One of these effects is comments made by individuals visiting museums online. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to examine the comments on gastronomy museums on the TripAdvisor website. The obtained comments were analyzed with the qualitative analysis method in Nvivo 11 program. The comments were collected under 6 main themes and 46 codes. According to the research findings, the most comments are under the Aesthetics theme, while the least number of comments are under the Employees theme. The theme of Aesthetics, which symbolizes the physical structure of gastronomy museums, is very important for visitors, followed by Escape Experience, Education, Negative Comments, Historical Reminders and Employees.
