KRONİK BÖBREK YETMEZLİĞİNDE ÇÖZÜM ODAKLI KISA TERAPİYE DAYALI SOSYAL HİZMET MÜDAHALESİ: BİR VAKA SUNUMU
Abstract
Hemodiyaliz tedavisi,
kronik böbrek yetmezliği hasta ve ailelerini psikolojik, sosyal ve ekonomik
yönlerden olumsuz olarak etkilemekte ve hastalarda psikososyal uyum sorunlarına
neden olabilmektedir. Çözüm odaklı kısa
terapi yaklaşımına dayalı sosyal hizmet müdahalesinin, hemodiyaliz tedavisi
gören bir kronik böbrek yetmezliği hastasının psikososyal uyum düzeyine
etkisinin olup olmadığının ortaya konulmasını amaçlamaktadır. Hastayla altı
seans çalışılmış ve hastadaki değişim öntest ve sontest ölçümleriyle ortaya
konmuştur. Bulgular, kronik böbrek yetmezliğine sahip hastanın
psikososyal uyum düzeyinde çözüm odaklı kısa terapi yaklaşımına dayalı sosyal
hizmet müdahalesinin etkili olduğunu ortaya çıkarmıştır.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy Based Social Work Intervention in Chronic Kidney Disease: A Case Study
Abstract
Hemodialysis treatment negatively affects
patients with chronic kidney failure and their families from psychological, social
and economic aspects and may lead to psychosocial adjustment problems in
patients. This study aims to determine whether social work intervention based
on solution focused brief therapy has an effect on psychosocial adjustment
level of a patient with chronic kidney failure. Six sessions were worked with the
patient and changes in the patient are demonstrated with pretest and posttest measurements.
The findings indicated that social
work intervention based on solution focused brief therapy has positive effects
on psychosocial adjustment level of the patient with chronic kidney failure.
