Blockchain Çağında Temsiliyet Tartışmaları: Flux Party Örneği

Abstract

Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinde yaşanan hızlı ilerleme, birçok alanda farklı açılardan dönüşümleri beraberinde getirmiştir. Yönetimde, ekonomide, hukukta, sağlıkta, gündelik yaşantıda dönüşümlere neden olan dijitalleşme, siyasette de etkisini önemli ölçüde göstermiştir. Siyasi partilerin oluşum ve örgütlenme biçimlerinden propaganda faaliyetlerine; aday profilinden seçmen davranışlarına kadar siyasetin ilgili olduğu hemen her alan, dijitalleşme ile dönüşüme uğramıştır. Bu dönüşümün siyasi partiler özelinde en dikkat çeken örneklerinden biri Avustralya’da kurulan Blockchain tabanlı siyasi parti olan Flux Party’dir. Flux Party, Blockchain tabanlı kurulan ilk partidir ve oluşumu, yapısı ve işleyişi, geleneksel kitle partilerinden oldukça farklıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Blockchain çağında temsiliyet tartışmalarını Blockchain tabanlı bir siyasi parti olan Flux Party üzerinden ele almaktır. Çalışma nitel yöntem kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır.

Representation Debates in the Blockchain Age: The Example of Flux Party

Abstract

The rapid progress in information and communication technologies has brought about transformations in many areas from different angles. Digitalization, which has caused transformations in management, economy, law, health and everyday life, has also shown its influence significantly in politics. Almost every area related to politics, from the formation and organization of political parties to propaganda activities; from the candidate profile to voter behavior, has been transformed by digitalization. One of the most notable examples of this transformation in terms of political parties is Flux Party, a Blockchain-based political party founded in Australia. Flux Party is the first Blockchain-based established party; its formation, structure and functioning are quite different from traditional mass parties. The aim of this study is to discuss the transformative impact of digitalization on politics through Flux Party, a blockchain-based political party. The study was prepared using the qualitative method.
