BAZI YALANCIAKREPLERDEN (ARACHNIDA: PSEUDOSCORPIONIDA) İZOLE EDİLEN MİKROFUNGUSLAR

Öz

Bu çalışmada; Chthonius romanicus, Pselaphochernes balcanicus, Neobisium kobachidzei, N. validum ve Dactylochelifer sp. türlerine ait yalancıakrep örneklerinin yüzeyinden sekiz fungus türü izole edilmiştir. İzole edilen funguslar besi yerine ekilmiş ve gelişimlerini tamamlayanların koloni özellikleri ve hücresel yapıları incelenerek fotoğrafları çekilmiştir. Teşhis edilen funguslar Acremonium sp., Alternaria alternata, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Ulocladium atrum, Penicillium simplicissimum, Gliocladium roseum ve Trichoderma harzianum’dur. İzole edilen bu fungus tür-leri ile yalancıakrepler arasındaki ilişkiler tartışılmıştır.
