DARBELİ LAZER YIĞMA SİSTEMİ (PLD) İLE YBCO İNCE FİLMLERİN HAZIRLANMASI

Öz

Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de yaygın olarak kullanılmayan PLD tekniğini kullanarak yüksek kaliteye sahip YBa2Cu3O7-δ (YBCO) ince filmler ürettik. Yüksek kaliteli YBCO ince filmleri elde edebilmek için öncelikle optimum büyütme şartlarını araştırdık. SrTiO3 (STO), MgO, İtrium Sabitlenmiş Zirkonyum Oksit (YSZ) ve LaAlO3 (LAO) gibi alttaşlar YBCO ince filmlerin
büyütülmesinde yaygın bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Biz  eneylerimizde YBCO için uygun kristal örgüye ve termal genleşme katsayısına sahip LAO’yu alttaş olarak kullandık. YBCO için optimum büyütme şartlarını belirledikten sonra LAO alttaşlar üzerine yüksek kaliteli YBCO ince filmler büyütmeyi başardık. Son olarak PLD ile büyütülen ince filmlerin kristalliklerini ve homojenliklerini tayin etmek  macıyla, Yansımalı Yüksek Enerji Elektron Kırınımı (RHEED), X-Işını Kırınımı (XRD), Taramalı ElektronMikroskobu (SEM), Enerji Dağılımlı X-Işını Spektroskopisi (EDX) ve Kritik
Sıcaklık (TC) ölçümleri yapılmıştır.
