MUHASEBE FİNANSMAN ALANINDA LİSANSÜSTÜ EĞİTİM GÖREN ÖĞRENCİLERİN DANIŞMANLARI İLE ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ STİLLERİ
Öz
Akademik kariyer hedefleyen öğrenciler bu kariyerlerini, ilk olarak yüksek lisans programı, devamında ise doktora programı ile gerçekleştirirler. Bu süreçte verimliliğin istenilen düzeyde olmasını sağlayan en büyük faktörlerden biri danışman ve öğrenci arasındaki ilişkidir. Bu çalışmada muhasebe ve finansman alanında lisansüstü eğitim gören öğrencilerin danışmanları ile arasındaki ilişki stilleri incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda 136 öğrenci ve 60 danışmana anket uygulanmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen verilere içerik analizi uygulanmış, ayrıca uygun örneklem sayısına sahip gruplar arasında fark testleri de yapılmıştır. Ortaya çıkan sonuçlara göre hem danışmanlar, hem de öğrenciler akademik desteğin yanı sıra, duygusal ve manevi desteği de kapsayan pastoral (manevi) ilişki stilini benimsemişlerdir
