YENİLENEN ÖZ-LİDERLİK ÖLÇEĞİ’Nİ ÜNİVERSİTE ÖĞRENCİLERİ ÖRNEKLEMİNDE TÜRKÇEYE UYARLAMA ÇALIŞMASI

Öz




















Bu çalışma, öz-liderlik ölçeğini (Houghton ve Neck,
2002) üniversite öğrencileri bağlamında Türkçeye uyarlama amaçlıdır. Çalışmada
sadece ölçek uyarlama, geçerlik ve güvenirlik işlemi yapılmıştır. İşlem
aşamasında 258 üniversite öğrencisi ile çalışılmıştır. Öğrencilerden elde
edilen veriler doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) ile test edilmiştir. Analiz
sonuçlarına göre, üç faktörlü modelde iyi düzeyde bir uyum iyiliği görülmüştür.
Cronbach alfa iç tutarlılık katsayıları ise ölçeğin her alt boyut için yüksek
düzeyde güvenilir olduğu yönündedir. Çalışma sonucunda, Yenilenmiş Öz-liderlik
Ölçeğinin (YÖLÖ) üniversite öğrencilerinin öz-liderlik davranışlarını
belirlemede kullanılmak için geçerli ve güvenilir bir veri toplama aracı olduğu
saptanmıştır. YÖLÖ’nün, öz-liderlik yazınına ölçme ve değerlendirme alanında
yeni bir perspektif getireceği düşünülmektedir.
