Örgütsel Sinizmin, Sürekli Öfke Ve Öfke İfade Tarzı Üzerine Etkisi: Bir Alan Araştırması

Öz

Örgütsel sinizmin, sürekli öfke ve öfke ifade tarzı üzerinde nasıl bir etkisinin olduğunu incelemek bu araştırmanın temel amacıdır. Bu çalışmanın araştırma evrenini Adıyaman iline bağlı Gölbaşı ve Kahta Belediyesi çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırma için ulaşılan örneklem büyüklüğü 412 belediye çalışanıdır. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Gönüllülük esasına dayalı olarak yürütülen veri toplama sürecinde, basit tesadüfi örneklem yöntemi izlenmiştir. Alan araştırması sonucu elde edilen veriler üzerinde güvenilirlik, açımlayıcı (AFA) faktör analizi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, örgütsel sinizmin sürekli öfke ve öfkenin içe ve dışa yansıtılması üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etkisi olduğu görülürken; öfke kontrolü üzerindeki etkisinin ise negatif ve anlamsız olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The Effect of Organizational Cynicism on Trait Anger and Anger Expression Style: A Field Research

Öz

The main purpose of this research is to examine the effect of organizational cynicism on trait anger and anger expression style. The research population of this study consists of the employees of Gölbaşı and Kahta Municipality of Adıyaman. The sample size reached for this research is 412 municipal employees. The questionnaire technique was used as the data collection method in the research. In the data collection process, which was carried out on a voluntary basis, a simple random sampling method was followed. Reliability, explanatory (EFA) factor analysis, confirmatory factor (CFA) analysis, correlation, and regression analyses were performed on the data obtained because of the field research. Because of the analyses, it is seen that organizational cynicism has a positive and significant effect on trait anger and its internal and external reflection; the effect on anger control was found to be negative and meaningless.
