Whatever reason it stems from or whatever crisis it is, each crisis must be conducted effectively to minimize the losses that can take a toll on the institution. Corporate social responsibility comes fore as an application area that has a potential effect in eliminating the crisis managing it effectively and desirably. This study which aims to introduce the effect/contribution of corporate social responsibility on crisis management process handles this influence in two separate periods: pre-crisis management process and crisis management process. Crisis management process is also evaluated as pre-crisis period, crisis period and post crisis period. This study also presents detailed and justifiable thoughts about how or on what direction the effects of corporate social responsibility will be and what kind of applications and aims should be paid attention in crisis management process.

Hangi nedenden kaynaklanyrsa kaynaklansyn, ne tür bir kriz olursa olsun her krizin kuruma verece?i zarary syfyrlamak ya da minimuma dü?ürmek için etkili bir biçimde yönetilmesi gerekir. Krizin etkili bir biçimde yönetilerek istenen ?ekilde bertaraf edilmesinde ise kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk farkly yönlerden etki/katky yapabilecek potansiyele sahip bir uygulama alany olarak kar?ymyza çykmaktadyr. Y?te, kurumsal sosyal sorumlulu?un kriz yönetimine ve kriz yönetim sürecine etkisini/katkysyny ortaya koyma amacy ta?yyan bu çaly?ma, kurumsal sosyal sorumlulu?un söz konusu bu etkisini/katkysyny kriz yönetimi süreci öncesi ve kriz yönetimi süreci olmak üzere iki farkly dönem içerisinde ele almaktadyr. Kriz yönetimi sürecini ise kriz öncesi dönem, kriz dönemi ve kriz sonrasy dönem olmak üzere kendi içerisinde tekrar bir ayryma tabi tutarak de?erlendirmektedir. Gerek kriz yönetimi süreci öncesi dönemde, gerekse kriz yönetimi sürecinde kurumsal sosyal sorumlulu?un mevcut etkisinin/katkysynyn nasyl, ne yönde ve ne düzeyde olaca?yna, bu anlamda hangi tip uygulamalara, ne tür amaçlarla ve nelere dikkat edilerek giri?ilece?ine ili?kin detayly ve gerekçeli yargylar ortaya koymaktadyr.
