DÖNGÜSEL EKONOMİYİ ANLAMAK: TEORİK BİR ÇERÇEVE

Öz

Ekonomik kayıplar, fiyat ve tedarik riskleri, doğal sistemlerin bozulması, teknolojik gelişmeler ve kentleşme gibi bir dizi faktör yaygın olarak kullanılan doğrusal ekonomik modelin artık taleplere cevap vermediğini ve daha derin değişikliklere ihtiyaç olduğunu göstermektedir. Döngüsel ekonomi, doğrusal tüketim sistemini döngüsel bir sisteme dönüştürmek için yenilikçi yollar öneren ve çok ihtiyaç duyulan malzeme tasarruflarıyla ekonomik sürdürülebilirliği sağlayan ekonomik bir stratejidir. Ekonomiyi, yeniden kullan-onar-geri dönüştür-tamir edilemeyeni yeniden üret mantığıyla değiştirir. Döngüsel ekonomi, müreffeh bir ekonomi ile sağlıklı bir çevrenin bir arada var olabileceği kazan-kazan felsefesine dayanmaktadır. Öte yandan döngüsel ekonominin, yeni pazarlar ve yeni gelir kanallarıyla mevcut işletmelerin karlarını arttırmak, rekabet avantajı sağlamak, yeni istihdam olanakları yaratmak, çevre dostu ve yeşil ürünleri, enerji ve doğal kaynakları korumak ve kirlilik oluşumunu azaltmak gibi birçok avantajı bulunmaktadır. Döngüsel ekonomi son yıllarda politika yapıcıların, sivil toplum kuruluşlarının ve işletmelerin sürdürülebilir kalkınmada gündemlerine aldıkları ve uygulamaya başladıkları oldukça önemli bir konudur. Bu çalışma döngüsel ekonomi kavramıyla ilgili geniş bir teorik çerçeve oluşturmaya odaklanmaktadır. Ayrıca çalışma, döngüsel ekonomi farkındalığının, zorluklarının, fırsatlarının ve kolaylaştırıcılarının genel bir değerlendirmesini sunmaktadır
