Tedarikçi Yenilik Odağının Firma Performansı Üzerindeki Etkisinde Alıcı-Tedarikçi İlişkisinin Düzenleyici Rolü

Öz

Bu
çalışmada tedarikçi yenilik odağı ve alıcı-tedarikçi ilişkisinin firma
performansı üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Ayrıca tedarikçi yenilik odağının
firma performansı üzerindeki etkisinde alıcı-tedarikçi ilişkisinin düzenleyici
rolü araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla Türkiye’nin ilk 1000 ihracatçı firması
arasından 115 firmadan anket tekniği ile veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmada
öncelikle, kullanılan ölçeklerin yapı geçerliği ve güvenilirliğini test etmek
amacıyla keşfedici ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri ile güvenilirlik analizi
yapılmıştır.  Araştırma hipotezlerini
test etmek amacıyla 115 firmadan elde edilen veriler yapısal eşitlik modeli ile
analiz edilmiştir. Analizler neticesinde tedarikçi yenilik odağı ve
alıcı-tedarikçi ilişkisinin firma performansını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak
etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. 
Düzenleyici etki analizi sonucunda ise tedarikçi yenilik odağının firma
performansı üzerindeki etkisinde alıcı-tedarikçi ilişkisinin düzenleyici rolü
olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Yüksek alıcı-tedarikçi ilişkisinin tedarikçi
yenilik odağında artışa neden olduğu bulgusu elde edilmiştir.
