The use of Zotero, Mendeley or Endnote is mandatory for international compliance in article writing.

General Principles

1. Bilimname is an international refereed journal and its place of publication is Kayseri. It is published in 2 (two) issues a year. When necessary, it may publish special issues and additional issues outside of these issues.

2. Bilimname is an academic journal that publishes scientific articles related to all fields of Theological Sciences.

3. Adding scientific articles to the journal system is considered as an application for publication and the article is sent to the referee process.

4. Bilimname, all copyrights of the submitted articles belong to the journal and cannot be published elsewhere, reproduced, or used without reference without permission from Bilimname. In addition, any legal responsibility that may arise from the articles belongs to the authors.

5. Bilimname is published in Turkish and English.

6. At the beginning of the article, there should be at least 200 and at most 250 words in Turkish (abstract) and at least 750 words in English (Abstract), 3-5 words in Turkish (Keywords) and English (Key Words); Turkish and English titles should be included. The first of the keywords should indicate the branch of science to which the article belongs. Manuscripts that do not fulfill these conditions will not be published even if they complete the referee process.

7. Since the manuscripts sent to Bilimname will go through the referee process, the names or information deciphering the identity of the author should not be included in the manuscripts added to the system. After the referee process of the article is completed, information about the author or authors will be added to the article by the editor.

8. In Bilimname, the following processes take place after the article is uploaded to the system by the author. The uploaded article is checked for compliance with the publication and spelling rules by the spelling and language control officer. After editorial approval, the article is forwarded to referees. Three referees are appointed for each article approved by the editor. These referees consist of academicians specialized in the relevant department. The author should follow the referee process of his/her article on his/her homepage.

9. After the articles are submitted to Bilimname from the personal page entered with e-mail address and password, the referee process of the articles can be followed from the same system. After this stage, all referees should wait for the reports from all referees in order to make corrections.

10. Manuscripts added to the journal system should not have been published elsewhere before. Symposium proceedings can be published if the status is specified in the article.

11. Works cited under the heading REFERENCES at the end of the text should be arranged in the order of the author's surname, with the author's surname capitalized and the first name in lower case.

12. All the information requested when subscribing to Bilimname as an author or referee must be filled in completely. In the CV heading, the author's/referee's fields of study and interest should be listed. In the title of the department, the department should be written first and then the branch of science. For example: Basic Islamic Sciences/Tafsir; Philosophy and Religious Sciences/Psychology of Religion.

13. Bilimname is an electronic-only journal.
