Conflict of Interest Statement

Authors must be genuine contributors to studies (research article, review article, book review) submitted for publication to Research Journal of Public Finance. Responsibility for ghost writers belongs to the author(s). Personal, financial, ideological, etc. of the studies submitted to the journal editorial. It should be declared by the author(s) that there is no conflict of interest. The notification of this situation should be made under the title of “Conflicts of Interest” on the last page of the article and should be reported to the editorial office.
In a study that has been sent to the editorship of Reseach Journal of Public Finance or whose evaluation process has been initiated or whose evaluation process has been completed, an unexplained conflict of interest can be determined by the editor, assistant editors, field editors, referees or the Editorial Board. As a result of the determination made, the author is requested to make the necessary explanations and make the necessary corrections regarding the study. In the event that the author(s) does not make any explanations or corrections after the declaration of conflict of interest to the author, the study can be withdrawn during the publication process by obtaining the approval of the editorial board. Responsibility for this matter belongs to the editor at the stage of informing and the author(s) at the stage of making the necessary corrections.
If the referees detect the existence of an unexplained conflict of interest in the studies sent to them for evaluation, they have the authority to inform the editor and refuse the study if necessary.
In order to prevent conflicts of interest, the editors take care to review the studies sent to the journal editorship in any way, by referees other than the institution to which the author(s) is affiliated.
