PAUSBED gives priority to publish “original research” manuscripts. Descriptive studies, systematic literature analyzes, meta-analyzes, and research notes are also accepted to PAUSBED.

Ethical Principles

The manuscripts which satisfy this condition need to be uploaded the Similarity Screening Report (iThenticate or Turnitin) to the PAUSBED system by the corresponding author.
PAUSBED adopts standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to implement broadcast ethics. In this context, it references the publication ethics flow charts developed by COPE in cases of abuse or violation of publication ethics.
PAUSBED adopts the blind referee process. PAUSBED guarantees the anonymity of the authors and referees during the review process.
The anonymity of the author(s) is the responsibility of PAUSBED. However, this information may be shared in a possible investigation to investigate possible abuses. PAUSBED defines its principles regarding possible abuse situations in accordance with the guidelines created by COPE and shares it with partners on the website.
It is not acceptable for PAUSBED to use the sections of a manuscript in more than one publication of the authors unless specified. In such cases, PAUSBED follows the relevant guidelines set by COPE.

It defines the ethical principles that the authors, referees, editor-in-chief, and editors are responsible for the subject. In the case of a conflict of interest, PAUSBED suspends the review process of the manuscript until the uncertainty is resolved.
