The Journal is the publication of the International Institute for Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity, affiliated with Istanbul University. Journal of Humanity, Peace and Justice (HUPEJ), a multi-disciplinary, international and peer-reviewed journal, publishes electronically twice a year (April-October) and its publication language is English. The journal does not charge any publication and/or referee fees from the authors.
