Lecturer Burak ÇAVUŞ; completed his undergraduate studies at Dumlupınar University Department of English Language and Literature in 2006 and his Master's Degree at Dumlupınar University Institute of Social Sciences Western Languages and Literature in 2009. He completed his master's thesis phase at the University of Minho, Portugal. In 2021, he was accepted to the PhD program at Izmir Katip Çelebi University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration and he is still continuing his education here. He worked as an English Teacher at Kütahya Lala Hüseyin Paşa Primary School in 2007, at Şırnak Cizre Vali Kâmil Acun Primary School in 2009, and at Tokat Erbaa Pınarbeyli Primary School between 2010 and 2012. In January 2012, he was appointed as a lecturer at Izmir Katip Çelebi University School of Foreign Languages. In 2013, he was appointed as the Vice Director of İzmir Katip Çelebi University Continuing Education Center. In 2016, he returned to his duty at the School of Foreign Languages and still continues his duty there as Vice Director. In 2022, he worked as an assistant director at İzmir Katip Çelebi University Distance Education Application and Research Center for 1 year. His areas of expertise are "Western Languages and Literature", "Comparative Literature", "English Language Teaching", "Educational Administration" and "Management Organization".
