Journal of Dicle Academy does not ask the authors of the articles to transfer their copyrights. The authors (or their employers) retain the copyright in the article. All we ask of the authors is to accept the publication under the CC BY-NC license. All articles published by theJournal of Dicle Academy (regardless of who funded the research) are published as open-access and their reuse is permitted by the CC BY-NC open-access license terms.

The authors own the copyright of their work published in the Journal of Dicle Academy, and their work is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0).
