Articles submitted to the Journal are published if the following processes are positive.

PREFLIGHT

When the studies are uploaded to the journal, The Journal is first displayed on the secretariat screen. At this stage, the secretariat looks at whether the study is prepared in accordance with the journal writing rules / sample article template. Studies that do not conform to the template are rejected without evaluation. The works according to the template are again scanned by the secretariat in the similarity program. Studies with similarities of more than 20% are rejected. An editor is assigned to the study to transfer studies with similarities below 20% to the next stage, the editor stage.
