Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı
üniversite öğrencilerinin mesleki kişilik tiplerinin cinsiyet ve öğrenim
gördükleri fakültelere göre düzey ve sıralamalarını belirlemektir. Bu
araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılında İnönü
Üniversitesinde dört yıllık ve üzeri fakültelerde öğrenimlerine devam eden
104’ü
  (%41,4)  erkek; 
147’si  (%58,6)  kız toplam 251 üniversite öğrencisi
oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu belirlemek için tabakalı amaçsal
örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında veri toplamak amacıyla
“Mesleki Kişilik Tipleri Envanteri” kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler fakülte
ve cinsiyet değişkeni açısından mesleki kişilik tipleri envanterinin her bir
alt boyutu için aritmetik ortalama belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin meslek kişilik
tipleri grafikler halinde sunulmuştur.
  Araştırma
sonucunda kız öğrencilerin ilk üç mesleki kişilik tipleri
sosyal, sanatçı ve geleneksel olarak
sıralanmaktadır
. Üniversite öğrencilerinin mesleki kişilik tipleri
sıralamaları fakülteler açısından incelendiğinde bütün fakülteler için ilk
sırada gelen mesleki kişilik tipi sosyal kişilik tipidir.

Vocational Personality Types of University Students

Abstract

The aim of this study
is to determine levels and sortings of vocational personality types of
universtity studensts regarding their sex and faculties. The working group of
this study consists of 251 university students (104 male (%41,4) and 147 female
(%58,6)) who were studying at four and upper year  faculties during 2016-2017 education period. Stratified
sampling was used to determine the working group of the study. “Vocational
Personality Types Inventory” was used for data collection. Datas collected were
determined as arithmetic mean for each subdimension of vocational personality
types inventory regarding faculty and sex variables. Then vocational
personality types of students were presented in graphics. As a result of the
study, first three of occupational personality types of girls were sorted as
social, artist and traditional. Investigating the sorting of occupational
personality types of students with regard to faculties, the first occupational
personality type was social for all faculties.
